A few months ago, the Writing Team of GroenvermogenNL commissioned the further elaboration and operationalization of the Human Capital Agenda (HCA) for the programme. They were asked to do this before 2022 and to outline a multi-year perspective.
This elaboration has been given in the Human Capital Agenda GroenvermogenNL, which is based on the first steps from the original proposal of GroenvermogenNL. Use was also made of various background reports, the recent report from RHDHV on hydrogen skills and the recently completed exploration of Bureau Berenschot (Hydrogen transition and human capital). In it, among other things, about 40 interviews in the field looked at the priorities for the various program components of the HCA.
